A handful of local ranchers raise their cattle in a natural environment on a grass-fed diet without growth hormones or feed additives. Grass-fed beef is a healthy choice since it’s low in fat and high in omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, the animals live a relatively stress-free life in a natural pasture setting in BC’s Interior grass and woodlands. The care taken with the animals combined with ethical, sustainable farming practices, all contribute to a quality end product.

Aged for 14-21 days (dependant on fat coverage) using Fil-Trek filter controlled environment allow us to provide the leanest beef in the market. Slaughtered at 18-23 months.
